And with the holiday season around the corner, they needed to find a way to get shoppers out of the malls and onto their streets—fast. That’s when Armada Hoffler Properties and Divaris Real Estate hired Meridian Group. We developed a three-month campaign to position Town Center as the Center of style and entertainment in Hampton Roads by showcasing the elite roster of unique stores, to attract an affluent, stylish segment of shoppers. Through focused social media, Distinction Magazine placements, online banner ads, the first-ever Town Center TV commercial, Town Center became one of the hottest shopping destinations in Virginia. Town Center’s unique store directory includes: Anthropologie, Bevello, Brooks Brothers, Destination Maternity, Free People, Lululemon Athletica, Paper Source, West Elm, and many more.
