Virginia Beach, VA (May 18, 2006)- Meridian Group-Integrated
Marketing Communications firm has added Amanda Smith to its Virginia
Beach team roster. As an Account Coordinator, Amanda juggles day-to-day
account projects while facilitating communications between clients
and the agency. Additional responsibilities include organizing
work in progress and supporting the efforts of agency account
managers and team tactics for a variety of clients including Kiawah
Island Golf Resort and The Jefferson.
Amanda graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia Wesleyan
College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations. She
pursued internships with both a nonprofit organization and an
integrated marketing communications firm in order to gain experience
in customer/media relations, event promotion, strategic marketing
and account management. Born and raised in West Virginia, she
left her “home among the hills” to join the Travel
& Luxury team at the Meridian Group.
