| (VIRGINIA BEACH, VA)-tmg3.com, the interactive
division of Meridian Group Marketing Communications firm has secured
five Adrian Awards recognizing Web marketing excellence. Hospitality
Sales and Marketing International (HSMAI), a global organization
representing all segments of the hospitality industry honored
the firm for their creation of the Palace Resorts Meetings Game
Web site, a tool that exclusively targets and engages corporate
meeting planners.
tmg3.com was challenged to develop a unique integrated marketing
program using the reach of the Web to communicate and educate
meeting planners on services and amenities the Palace Resorts
offer. The result was five fun and dynamic online flash games
that aimed at enlightening meeting planners on all the available
offerings at each of the resorts, as well as exposing them to
the overall brand.
“Having our work recognized by such a prestigious organization
is extremely affirming,” said Rick Richter, president of
tmg3.com. “Even better is having had the chance to work
with such an innovative, forward-thinking client who is not afraid
to try something new and creative to improve their business.”
Meridian Group also received awards for their work on Kiawah
Island Resort and Palace Resorts of Mexico.
Representatives from tmg3.com and Meridian Group were presented
with the awards during HSMAI’s 50th Annual Awards Gala in
New York City on January 29. The HSMAI Adrian Awards is the world's
largest travel marketing awards competition for advertising, public
relations and Web marketing and attracted entries from 36 countries
this year.
