| (Ft. Lauderdale, Fl) – Meridian Group, a full-service marketing communications firm, announces the addition of Hector Batista as Creative Team Leader for the Florida office. Batista brings over five years of industry experience with him to the agency.
Before joining Meridian Group, Batista was the Associate Creative Director for Soffer Adkins where he was responsible for the development of conceptual strategies, and the implementation of projects visual tones. Prior to that, Batista was the Senior Art Director at BGT Partners where he was responsible for outlining and implementing creative and design objectives for all clients.
Batista is a graduate of University of Sacred Heart in San Juan, Puerto Rico where he received a degree in Communications. Batista is the winner of a 2006 Gold Addy Award, and a 2006 Neenah Papers Regional Award, for work he did on the Midtown 6 brochure.
