As a key member of the team the account service function is the primary client liaison on any projects being undertaken. They are responsible for the overall servicing and relationship of the account. Just so we're clear, we don't have account "executives." Ha Koehler, brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to her work for The Meridian Group and its clients. Her responsibilities include facilitating communications between clients and the agency, organizing work in progress and supporting the efforts of agency account managers. Ha is particularly well-suited to carry out her duties. During her college years, Ha interned in a number of marketing research and account management positions, including a stint at Ogilvy & Mather in New York. Ha holds an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and earned her Master of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising Account Management from Virginia Commonwealth University Adcenter in Richmond, Virginia.
Amy Boehme
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Hard-working and detail-oriented, Amy brings a sharp focus to Meridian Group's Luxury and Travel team. Her background in fashion at Elle magazine in New York City equipped Amy with a coolly efficient drive to excel coupled with the ability to multi-task effectively and unfailingly. A quick study of whatever subject she turns her attention to, Amy possesses a deep passion for the hospitality industry sparked by travel in Italy during her college years.
Amy earned her bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. During her junior year, she spent six months studying in Florence and exploring Italy.
Bill Brunelle

As a project manager, Bill brings along 25 years of public relations and advertising account management experience, bringing with him proven creativity and expertise.Bill takes a passionate approach to his responsibilities of overall strategic planning, coordination and implementation of all integrated marketing strategies, day-to-day client communication, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, monitoring trends, and providing detailed ROI reporting and analysis.Before joining the Meridian Group, Bill served as an Account Supervisor for DIA Advertising and Public Relations, where he managed clients such as Ferguson Enterprises, Festevents, Nauticus, Norfolk Convention and Visitors Bureau, and Virginia Arts Festival.
Bill is a graduate of Old Dominion University where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in mass communication.
Lindsay Burgess

In her role as project coordinator, Lindsay’s attention to detail and hard-working demeanor allow her to efficiently and effectively coordinate campaign development and management, perform qualitative and quantitative research, and coordinate with management, marketing and PR teams to ensure all strategic and tactical initiatives are produced on-target and on time.Prior to joining the Meridian Group, Lindsay served as a marketing representative for Hoffman Beverage Company, where she executed all aspects of promotional campaigns and managed social media networks. Lindsay also expanded her knowledge of event planning through a development internship at Cape Henry Collegiate School, where she organized volunteers for a variety of promotional and charity events.
Lindsay is a graduate of Old Dominion University with a bachelor’s degree in communication, with a focus in public relations.
