As a key member of the team the account service function is the primary client liaison on any projects being undertaken. They are responsible for the overall servicing and relationship of the account. Just so we're clear, we don't have account "executives." Every account person learns when they arrive here is they are Account Managers.

She handles the day-to-day client relations and supports her teams' tactics for a variety of clients such as STIHL Inc. and Canon Virginia Inc. Erin has also worked on accounts ranging from Norfolk International Airport, Kingsmill Resort, The Boar’s Head Inn and APM Terminals Virginia. Erin collaborates with Corporate and PR team to develop marketing strategies that lead to a successful campaign that is on time and on target..

Ha Koehler
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Ha Koehler, brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm to her work for The Meridian Group and its clients. Her responsibilities include facilitating communications between clients and the agency, organizing work in progress and supporting the efforts of agency account managers. Ha is particularly well-suited to carry out her duties. During her college years, Ha interned in a number of marketing research and account management positions, including a stint at Ogilvy & Mather in New York. Ha holds an undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and earned her Master of Science degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising Account Management from Virginia Commonwealth University Adcenter in Richmond, Virginia.
Diana Medley
ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
Diana manages her work for Meridian Group accounts through a habit of positive action: “I believe your happiness is intertwined with your outlook on life.” Working as part of teams charged with developing and growing brands for major regional health care providers, including Bon Secours Virginia systems in Hampton Roads and Richmond, and Iredell Memorial Hospital in North Carolina, she gains satisfaction from working efficiently. She brings that same focus on productivity for clients to retail accounts including Grand Furniture, Pembroke Mall, and Busch Gardens. A graduate of Christopher Newport University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Diana’s goal is to always live, learn and love. She looks forward to travel – “especially to Australia” – and enjoys dancing, friends and the beach.
Amy Boehme

Hard-working and detail-oriented, Amy brings a sharp focus to Meridian Group’s Luxury and Travel team. Her background in fashion at Elle magazine in New York City equipped Amy with a coolly efficient drive to excel coupled with the ability to multi-task effectively and unfailingly. A quick study of whatever subject she turns her attention to, Amy possesses a deep passion for the hospitality industry sparked by travel in Italy during her college years.
Amy earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. During her junior year, she spent six months studying in Florence and exploring Italy.
Kim Boykan
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
A creative and self-motivated team player, Kim brings a fresh perspective to Launch Interactive managing Social Marketing programs and helping to build online communities around their brands. Having worked at a fashion focused PR firm in London, and as an Account Coordinator for Meridian Group, Kim has proven her ability to think outside the box - excelling at whatever task is at hand and offering key insights into the mind of the consumer. Kim has worked with numerous accounts including Palace Resorts, Le Blanc Spa Resort, Lago Mar Resort & Club, The Blue and Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.
Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida State University, and spent her last semester working abroad, traveling and exploring Europe.
