The Meridian Group is one of the nation's most experienced and awarded marketing communications firms in the hospitality and travel industry. Established in 1980 by Eric G. Lackey and Joseph Takach in Virginia Beach, The Meridian Group has grown from a small two-person graphic design boutique to a full-service integrated marketing communications company employing over fifty talented professionals. The agency now has locations in three popular tourist resort cities, including Virginia Beach, VA, Fort Lauderdale, FL and New York, NY.

Over the last 25 years, The Meridian Group has built a solid base of local, regional and national client–partners. Forty-five percent of that client base is in the hospitality and travel industry. Our current client roster also includes hotels and resorts throughout the United States and the Caribbean.

Although we've been through years of changes, our core beliefs have become the foundation of what we do.
