Elizabeth LesterElizabeth Lester
LAUNCH PRESIDENT
Elizabeth Lester comes to Launch Interactive with over 12 years of experience in advertising and marketing, with specific expertise in email marketing and the Internet. Before joining Launch Interactive, she was Director of Marketing for Homes.com, where she built marketing programs to increase sales productivity and to cost-effectively drive more homebuyers to Homes.com. Prior to Homes.com, Elizabeth was a Senior Marketing Manager with Washingtonpost. Newsweek Interactive, the interactive division of The Washington Post Company. There she developed online advertising programs, email marketing initiatives and brand awareness campaigns. She started her career on the agency-side providing account management for large telecom providers (Verizon, Sprint, and US West.) She is a graduate of William and Mary.

Melissa WilliamsMelissa Williams
INTERACTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Mel Williams graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's in Communication Arts & Design. A web designer for several years, Mel has worked for a variety of clients from different industries. Staying true to the artist within, Mel believes that web design is a process that relies upon creative intuition, reason, and research.

Zach YoungZach Young
SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER
Zach Young, Senior Web Developer at Launch Interactive, graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.S. in Computer Science and has since been working with all aspects of web development from writing HTML and CSS to creating core components for web frameworks. Prior to Launch Interactive, he was a Web Development Group Lead at Dominion Enterprises working for a division that created websites for vehicle dealers.

Zach's technical areas of expertise include semantic web development, information retrieval, and building large scalable web applications.

Nick ValeseNick Valese
SENIOR WEB DESIGNER
"There are only two commonwealths in the country, and I moved from one to the other." From the Pocono Mountians in Pennsylvania, Nick brings well rounded experience from both freelancing and the corporate world to Launch Interactive. With a BFA in Communication Design from Kutztown Universtiy to back it up Nick cratfs clean lines, subtle animations and clean code for our clients.

Jasmine StarkJasmine Stark
INTERACTIVE ACCOUNT COORDINATOR
As Interactive Account Coordinator for Launch, Jasmine Stark manages day to day customer expectations as well as facilitates communication between clients and the agency. Her additional responsibilities include managing and crafting all Pay- per-Click accounts as well as supporting the Launch team with clients such as STIHL Inc., Michelob Ultra Open, and AutoMart.com. Jasmine graduated from James Madison University in 2007 with a BS in Media Arts & Design with a concentration in Corporate Communication.

Prior to joining the Launch team, Jasmine interned in various fields including government work, non-profit organizations as well as a full-service advertising agency.

Rich LoftusRich Loftus
WEB CONTENT MANAGER
The Web content he creates isn’t limited to Web sites. Collaborating with Launch Interactive’s seasoned designers and programmers, the internet solutions he prescribes include web-based video, e-mail, Flash, social media, Web 2.0, paid search, data-based content and e-commerce. With more than a decade of web design and internet marketing experience, growing and managing Web sites and Web content for businesses large and small, Loftus draws on the knowledge of what works – and what doesn’t – to solve client business problems.

Creating content for the Internet’s highly measurable media is both art and science. Loftus’s expertise in creating a business narrative is matched by a history of growing interactive metrics, whether email click through rates, site visits or revenues.

Kim BoykanKim Boykan
SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR
A creative and self-motivated team player, Kim brings a fresh perspective to Launch Interactive managing Social Marketing programs and helping to build online communities around their brands.  Having worked at a fashion focused PR firm in London, and as an Account Coordinator for Meridian Group, Kim has proven her ability to think outside the box - excelling at whatever task is at hand and offering key insights into the mind of the consumer.  Kim has worked with numerous accounts including Palace Resorts, Le Blanc Spa Resort, Lago Mar Resort & Club, The Blue and Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa.

Kim earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida State University, and spent her last semester working abroad, traveling and exploring Europe.
