Patricia Kluge had a vision. What if people could own an estate, designed and built by master craftsmen, at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains where they could tend to their own vineyard and private label their wines at the Kluge Winery? The concept was unheard of, even in Napa and the wine country of France. But we knew how and where to market this special development, and did so until Donald Trump was so intrigued he bought the place.
